Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern access to and use of the CurrencyRest API and website, provided by MBHC SAS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

CurrencyRest provides foreign-exchange and crypto rates aggregated from multiple sources (central banks, markets, exchanges) through a REST API.

3. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not exceed your plan limits or circumvent rate limiting.
• Do not resell raw API access without written agreement.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to compromise its security.

5. Plans, payment and termination

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current period. Except where required by law, amounts already paid are non-refundable.

6. Rate accuracy — disclaimer

Rates are provided "as is" for informational purposes and may include delays or discrepancies depending on sources. They do not constitute financial advice, an offer, or a guarantee of execution price. MBHC SAS is not liable for decisions made on the basis of this data. Always verify rates with your institution before any transaction.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or a source outage may temporarily affect the service; status is published on the Status page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MBHC SAS's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months. We disclaim liability for indirect damages or loss of profits.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Paris, subject to applicable consumer-protection rules.
